Centre Researchers Address the 'Paradox' of AI for Creative Workers in Prize-Winning Paper
Centre PhD graduate Juanze Wang and her former supervisor Lee Martin have been awarded Best Developmental Paper in the Cultural and Creative Industries track at the prestigious British Academy of Management Conference this year.
The paper, 鈥楲iving with Paradox: Understanding how creative workers navigate fears of substitution and obsolescence with feeling empowered when using Artificial Intelligence for Co-Creation鈥�, explored how creative workers make sense of using AI tools whilst simultaneously grappling with their belief that the technologies could be complicit in their redundancy.
