AI in Education: Thinking with conditions

鈥疉I in Education鈥痠s a Big Question project funded by the Faculty of Social Sciences, led by Siddharth de Souza, Yuxuan Chua, Maria Montero Sierra and鈥疛ennie鈥疢ills. Over two workshops in March 2026, students, academics, and professional services staff mapped the points where AI is encountered in academic life and used image and text to articulate what a good institutional response might look like. The conversations were sharper, more uncertain, and more interesting than the current discourse around AI in Higher Education tends to allow. Out of that material, the project team has produced a poster campaign — playful, pointed, and intended to open discussions

Mapping and evaluating dRTP鈥檚 contributions to computing skills pedagogies in HE

This project maps and analyses the provision of digital research competencies (DRP) across higher education institutions, producing a publicly accessible repository to inform decision-making around teaching and curriculum design in a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by AI adoption.
