PhD by Publication

The Institute for Employment Research will consider applications for a PhD by Publication. This route is intended for established researchers who have already produced a substantial body of published work that demonstrates a significant contribution to knowledge in their field. Applicants should normally either be members of University of 海角社区 academic staff or be able to demonstrate a long-standing relationship with the department. Where applicants are not members of staff, they would be expected to have an established track record of high-quality publications and evidence of sustained engagement with the research activities of the department. This route is based on an existing portfolio of published outputs and is not intended for applicants seeking to develop publications as part of a doctoral programme. Prospective candidates should therefore already have the required publications at the point of application.
