Whether you're balancing coursework, job applications, part-time work, or personal commitments, this session will introduce proven strategies to help you make the most of your time and energy.
Led by experienced coach and leadership specialist George Fox, the workshop combines practical techniques with reflective activities to help you develop sustainable habits that support both academic success and future career readiness. George Fox specialises in helping individuals maximise their potential and navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to:
