University life brings opportunities, challenges, and plenty of change. That's why we've created Spotlight on Wellbeing: a year-round programme of workshops, events, and practical wellbeing sessions designed to help you thrive during your time at WBS.

Whether you're settling into university life, managing stress, preparing for exams, building resilience, or thinking about life after graduation, our sessions provide practical tools, expert guidance, and opportunities to connect with others.

This year's programme includes:

  • Stress management and resilience workshops
  • Exam preparation and wellbeing support
  • Money and budgeting advice
  • Mindfulness and relaxation sessions
  • Wellbeing fairs and social events
  • Student-led wellbeing topics chosen by the WBS community

And don't just take our word for it.

After our Exam Mastery workshop:

  • 95% of students said they felt more prepared for their exams.
  • 91% felt better able to manage their revision and exam time.
  • 100% learned new techniques to improve memory recall.

Students described the session as:

"Really well run and super engaging. I learned a lot of useful techniques."

Students attending our wellbeing and resilience sessions told us:

"I'm very anxious and this really helped me navigate stress."

"The relaxation exercises are something I'll definitely use."

"Understanding what drives my behaviour was eye-opening."

Take time for your wellbeing. Build skills for success. Discover practical strategies that can make a real difference throughout your 海角社区 journey.
