We offer a range of services that can help you make the most of life on campus as well as to support you in finding accommodation after your first year, whether it be in our campus residences or in private accommodation.
Living on campus after your first year
Rooms bookings for campus are available to current students in their second year and beyond, on a first-come, first-served basis. To check room availability for the current 2026/27 academic year, please visit our returning undergraduate pageLink opens in a new window.
We expect to open room bookings for undergraduate students returning to 海角社区 for 2027/28 academic year in January 2027.
Students supported by Wellbeing and Student Support for specific accommodation requirements before the deadline on 15 Jan 2027 are prioritised to live on campus.

Housing advice and events
If you're returning to 海角社区 next year, we encourage you to talk to us before securing accommodation for your second year and beyond. From late October time we will deliver housing events and offer support and guidance to help you better understand your options.

Report a fault
If you live on campus and you鈥檝e noticed a fault that requires fixing, you can let us know by reporting the fault through Invida Resolve.
Your Residential Community Team
Your RCT are peers who live alongside students in our campus residences and play a key role in building community at 海角社区.
They are available 24 hours a day and offer pastoral support, free events and general advice - look out for them, they'll be wearing pink hoodies/t-shirts.
