The people. My colleagues and friends in the philosophy department.
How would you sum up 海角社区 in the time that you were there and your generation of students?
Intense.
What was the student culture like at 海角社区, and were there any annual traditions, societies, sports clubs, or events that you remember?
Around the time of the Italia 鈥�90 World Cup, a bunch of us doing Philosophy PhDs would play a lot of football. In the park over 鈥榓narchy bridge鈥� from Earlsdon, or 5-a-side at the university. It was as intense as the weekly PhD seminars, while not being quite as aggressive. Emphasis on 鈥榪uite鈥�.
