Improving Women鈥檚 Retention in Computing

The aim of this project is to create a new model to help improve retention of female and non-binary students - by tackling the root causes and creating more inclusive cultures in university Computing degrees.

The project is led by Professor Louise Archer at University College London (Faculty of Education and Society), in partnership with BCS- The Chartered Institute for IT.

The project is co-funded by the Hg Foundation and the philanthropist, Tony Hill, and involves 9 universities.
