Oral presentations

Each paper is allocated 15 minutes for oral sessions. We recommend that the presentation of your slides takes about 12 minutes, leaving 3 minutes for questions from the audience. Slides should attract and hold attention, and reinforce what you say. We, therefore, suggest that you keep them simple and easy to read. Presenters must be sufficiently familiar with the material being presented to answer any questions from the audience.

Poster presentations

Poster size: 140 cm x 100 cm (55.12 in x 39.37 in) in landscape format.

We recommend a 3- or 4-column layout. It is important that your poster covers the key points of your work and displays the main message clearly and noticeably; it should give you the "tools" to present your work in 5–10 minutes to any attendee. We recommend looking at posters from previous conferences for inspiration.
