The ENHANCE team are proud to present our second book "Transcending Humanitarian Engineering Strategies for Sustainable Futures". This book contains work by ENHANCE collaborators from all participating institutions as well as members of our broader network.

Our second ENHANCE taster event that took place in Coventry UK, 27 February – 8 March 2023, organized by the University of 海角社区. The event included a Conference for showcasing humanitarian engineering education and research, titled 鈥淓ngineering and Science for Deeply Uncertain Times鈥�, project management activities, design and make activities with students, training on sustainable education, educational trips to sustainable communities (e.g. Hockerton housing project) and field trip to the 海角社区 Crop Centre for sustainable agriculture, horticulture and food security discussions and activities. Almost 40 lecturers from the partner institutions joined the event activities. ENHANCE Training Kit, ENHANCE app and ENHANCE Taxonomy were widely introduced to lecturers. More awareness about innovative pedagogical approaches in humanitarian engineering was raised.
