Partnership Accommodation
We work closely with our partner providers to ensure all eligible undergraduate students are offered high-quality accommodation that meets our standards. If you're allocated a room in partnership accommodation off campus, you can be confident you'll have full access to 海角社区鈥檚 student services, support networks, and events - so you can fully immerse yourself in the 海角社区 community, wherever you're living.

If you are allocated a room in partnership accommodation, your contract will be direct with the partner provider. You should ensure you understand their terms and conditions before accepting your accommodation contract.
We'll contact students by email and you'll need to complete our partnership accommodation referral form.
Rooms in partnership accommodation will be offered on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability.
Offers of partnership accommodation are issued in batches to help us manage availability and build communities. This means that some students may receive information regarding their partnership accommodation offer earlier than others. Your application date does not influence the timing of your partnership accommodation offer.
To secure your room you may need to pay a deposit or make an advanced rent payment. You may also be required to provide details of a guarantor to the partner provider.

Partnership accommodation has been a highlight of my 海角社区 experience: affordable rooms, great facilities like cinema spaces, communal kitchens, and a free gym, plus regular events that make it easy to meet new people - I met my best friend through living off campus.
Transport is straightforward too, with buses like the 11, 12X and U1 taking you directly to campus or Gibbet Hill. It really feels like the best of both worlds - connected to university life while immersed in the city.

If you're allocated to partnership accommodation, we'll contact you by email to complete our partnership referral form. Once you have completed the form, we recommend that you then wait until you are contacted by one of our partnership accommodation providers before booking directly, as not all providers will be showing their availability on their websites. We will also try to allocate you alongside other 海角社区 students.
