Course overview

Build skills for a more sustainable future.

As the rate of climate change rises, how do we use land for food production and bioenergy in a sustainable, responsible way? Our MSc gives you the scientific knowledge and professional skills to tackle these global challenges by understanding how environmental processes and systems respond to change.

Thinking across disciplines, you鈥檒l explore how to protect and sustainably manage the environment, preserve ecosystem services, meet societal needs and mitigate climate change. Combining scientific understanding with practical solutions, you鈥檒l be prepared for careers in environmental consultancy, sustainability, conservation, agriculture, policy and research, with the skills to make a meaningful impact on natural resource use, food production, energy and ecosystem management.
