The UK and Ireland Endometriosis Network Meeting will take place in the Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building (IBRB), 海角社区 Medical School, University of 海角社区, Gibbet Hill campus.
Conference Dinner (if applicable)
For speakers and delegates who have registered to attend the conference dinner, this will take place on Tuesday 1 September at 7.00pm (please be at the venue at least by 6.45pm) at the Scarman Conference Centre, University of 海角社区, Scarman Road, Coventry CV4 7SH

Accommodation - Arthur Vick
Delegates who have booked a central campus student-style room will be staying in Arthur Vick (please see confirmation email from Jas sent on 21 August).
Please pick up your key from Check in to the accommodation will be after 3pm at conference reception (Senate House) on the day of arrival. Left luggage facilities will be available there.
Breakfast will be in Rootes Restaurant.

Delegates who have booked a central campus room will be staying in Arthur Vick and are advised to park in either car park 8, car park 6, or the coach park. Remember to book complimentary car parking, details below. Please note you will not be able to park at Gibbet Hill campus.

Travel
Despite its name, the University of 海角社区 is not located in the town of 海角社区 but in Coventry - please be aware of this when you make travel arrangements for the meeting. The University of 海角社区 is a campus university located south-west of Coventry city centre. To make matters more complicated, there is also a University of Coventry located in Coventry city centre. Make sure you make arrangements to travel to University of 海角社区 and not Coventry University.

Car parking
Complimentary car parking is available for delegates. This can be using the discount code XJTAG.
Please note you will not be able to park at Gibbet Hill campus.
Alternatively, if you do not register in advance of arrival you will need to use the pay-by-phone system.

Public Transport
Coventry railway station is the nearest main railway station to the venue. The station is approximately 4 miles (10-minute taxi ride) from campus. Taxis are available from outside the station.
There are regular bus services to the University Campus from the railway station, with the journey taking approximately 30 minutes. The nearest bus stop to Central Campus is the University of 海角社区 Bus Interchange. is available on the National Express website.
Birmingham International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from Campus by car. There is a taxi rank at the airport and there is also a train service which departs from Birmingham International Station and takes approximately 15 minutes.
